Fitted with a traditional Japanese charcoal grill, the spacious restaurant serves a menu of Japanese delicacies such as sushi and Wagyu, as well as offering the hot new thing that's been taking London by storm in recent times – evenings dedicated to deconstructing and preparing a whole bluefin tuna in front of the guests.
